Tammy originally contacted us at the end of February looking to sell her house she had lived in for over 12 years. It wasn’t in very bad condition but it did need some basic repairs like new flooring in the bedrooms and kitchen, and the house had a lingering cigarette smell because her roommate was a heavy smoker. She wanted an easy cash sale without anybody beating her up about the damaged flooring or lingering odors and we were able to provide just that.

Ken sold us his house in the Misty Oaks neighborhood of San Antonio. One huge concern he had was finding a new place after he sold his house, so we came up with a solution of renting his house back to him for free for 3 months after we bought it, so he was able to shop for a new property with cash in hand, and didn’t have to worry about any monthly payments in the meantime.
